Cancelation Policy

We know that sometimes unexpected schedule adjustments can occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice. Refunds are available before a service is provided, however you will be responsible for the transaction fees, which means a small portion of the amount is kept by the website service provider. Please note the process will take 3 to 4 days before you receive your refund. 

 

Our Policy:

  • Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services. 

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. 

  • We require advanced payments hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be deducted from the advanced payment.
